Secondo Tradizione: Where Michelin meets Salumeria

Before I start, don’t let the title mislead you. Secondo Tradizione is not a Michelin star joint. But chefs Piero & Jacopo -who are the stars of the show here – are of Rome’s Il Pagliaccio (two Michelin stars) fame.
