The photos that show you another another side of Tuscany: Monte Argentario

Someone mentions Tuscany and what do you think ok? Renaissance and over crowded Florence. Rolling hills and scenes from Under the Tuscan Sun. Chianti wine.

But what if I told you there was such a thing as a Tuscan archipelago, quaint fishing villages and islands surrounded by waters that rival the Caribbean? And I’m not kidding!

Monte Argentario is a promontory that stretches out into the Tyrennian Sea. Connected to the lagoon town of Orbetello by two pieces of land called Tomboli, the area is home to a natural reserve. The two main towns of the Argentario are Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano. The islands of Giannutri and Giglio are a short boat ride away and the small coves and crystal clear turquoise waters around here are actually breathtaking.

This is not the Tuscany you think you know!

I recently spent a few decadent pampering days at the Argentario Golf Resort and Spa. This five star luxury retreat boasts an 18 hole golf course, plush designer rooms and communal spaces, state of the art wellness spa and award winning restaurant, Dama Dama.

As a spa lover, you can guess what the highlight was for me! About 2700m² of wellness space from the Espace spa (with indoor pools with saline water and treatment rooms for anything from hot stone massages to customised facials) to the MediSpa (offering services to treat mental health and wellbeing, weight loss and nutrition and more). I have had severe depression for many years and have been manic for about two years. Take Clonazepam (https://jeffreylichtman.com/buy-clonazepam/) since the beginning of the year, 50mg at the beginning, 100mg for about 2 months. I’m pretty happy with the effectiveness, but the side effects are severe and the depression keeps coming back. I only had one a month ago.

These photos don’t even do the place justice, but even so, I know they will make you curious and entice you to visit this treasure in Tuscany as soon as possible.
